Ebele is a creative’ist, blogger and certified mango ho’ with hips as

wiiiiiiide as her dreams. She’s quite nice really, ‘specially if you wave a mango in front of her – then she gets all cross-eyed and giggly.


Likes: anyone who likes mangoes. Dislikes: anyone who hates mangoes.

Ebele believes life is beautiful and ugly, complicated and simple. Tiring. Invigorating.

Since 1976, Pauline Anderson has performed and toured extensively; researching and developing, teaching and performing, in a wide variety of events and venues, from Glastonbury Festival to the Royal Albert Hall.


As ambassador in this field she is dedicated to the promotion and development of African and Caribbean arts, through education, concerts and performances, and has a broad range of experience in running and facilitating workshops at community events, festivals, schools and universities.


She co-founded the award winning Ekome National Dance Company, England pioneering African/Caribbean dance group, which took England and Europe by storm for over a decade. Pauline has been an invited guest/teacher/performer in Europe, Scandinavia, Jamaica and Ghana, and has created a stimulating way of communicating this rich and diverse art form.


As principle dancer in numerous dance companies, her TV and film appearances include; The South Bank Show, Only Fools & Horses, Highway, A Sailors Return, Bacchanal and Ebony. She has innumerable record of performances and collaborations with internationally renowned artists such as Peter Gabriel at WOMAD, Franco, top Zairian guitarist, and support act for Fela Kuti, Nigerian renowned high life musician, amongst others.


Pauline’s work involves spiritual, lyrical and physical expressions and has co-ordinated programmes and has been commissioned by Lewisham Council, as a Writer and Artistic Director, to produce a theatrical dance/drama production ‘Journeys” celebrating Black History Month and at Tricycle Theatre, as a Dance Consultant, Tutor, Choreographer for two plays entitled ‘Rwanda’ and ‘Haiti’.


As a dancer, choreographer, workshop instructor, artist and writer, Pauline’s techniques, restores pride and dignity through cultural celebrations.


One of Britian’s leading pioneers and innovators in African and Caribbean performing arts, with over thirty years of hands on experience, worldwide.

I am a Personal Life Coach and am passionate about helping people identify what they want out of life.


At times real (or imagined) barriers hold us back from making the progress we desire. Coaching can help you tap into your true potential by challenging your perceived limitations, increasing your confidence and learning to live life on your own terms.


I believe in my clients’ abilities and see coaching as a partnership where you - the client - are the ‘expert’ on your life. As your coach, my role is to support you through a process of self-discovery to help you move forward and be successful.
